Vacation Bible School – Day Four

On the last night of VBS we learned about the boy who ran away from his home. He spent all his money and had to go back home. They threw a big celebration for him. I learned not to be greedy or always want more and more.

I think VBS was fun. You don’t normally get to do all that stuff. We got to hang out with people and talk about God, and eat junk food! VBS is about learning about God and teaching you stuff you don’t know about. It’s really fun because they have stuff to play; you make things; you buy things with CKids bucks; and you have lots of fun!

I would love to go back next year and learn more about God and have fun and meet new people.

My most favorite part about VBS was at the end when the girls won the offering contest and Tim got turned into a human ice cream sundae.

“Surprise”

Friends of ours had just moved into a brand-new house, and the story I went with, to lower suspicion, was their house-warming party.
