Care Groups

Divorce Care

Find help and healing for the hurt of separation and divorce.

DivorceCare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Don’t go through separation or divorce alone. DivorceCare seminars and support groups are led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help.

DivorceCare meets each Friday night of the year, including holidays in our Small Church building as a part of our Celebrate Recovery program.

We have dinner @ 6:00 pm; worship and message starting @ 7:00 pm; and support groups starting @ 8:00 pm.  Childcare from infant to 12 years is available for a nominal fee.

A Seminar with Experts

During the first 30–40 minutes of the meeting, each DivorceCare group watches a video seminar featuring top experts on divorce and recovery subjects. These videos are produced in an interesting-to-watch television magazine format featuring expert interviews, real-life case studies and on-location video.

A Support Group with Focus

After viewing the video, DivorceCare group participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and what is going on in the lives of group members.

GriefShare

How GriefShare Works

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never faced before.

GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each GriefShare session has three distinct elements:

Video Seminar with Experts ~ Support Group Discussion with Focus ~ Workbook-Based Personal Study & Reflection

GriefShare meets each Friday night of the year, including holidays in our Small Church building as a part of our Celebrate Recovery program.

We have dinner @ 6:00 pm; worship and message starting @ 7:00 pm; and support groups starting @ 8:00 pm.  Childcare from infant to 12 years is available for a nominal fee.
